NEW CASTLE TOWNSHIP - State police at Frackville will cite a 16-year-old Frackville male with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for allegedly using vulgar language and putting a hole in a wall at Schuylkill Technology Center at 9:14 a.m. Tuesday.
