SUNBURY - Four defendants were sentenced on various charges Monday by Northumberland County Judge Charles Saylor.
n Luciano R. Guldin, 28, of Mount Carmel, pleaded guilty to three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and was sentenced to 2 1/2 to 5 years in state prison. Guldin, who has a prior criminal record score of five, also must pay $300 in fines plus costs.
He was charged by Mount Carmel police in connection with three incidents in the borough earlier this year.
Multiple other charges involving Percocet were not prosecuted under a plea agreement with the commonwealth.
n Jamie M. Bressi, 38, of Marion Heights, received a six-month intermediate punishment, with the first 30 days on house arrest, for driving under the influence of alcohol March 23 in Atlas. Mount Carmel Township police filed the charge.
His sentence begins Dec. 1.
Bressi also was ordered to pay $300 in fines, $225 to attend an alcohol highway safety school and other fees. He did not have his driver's license suspended.
n Robert D. Tamecki, 57, of Mount Carmel, pleaded guilty to a summary of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to pay a $25 fine plus costs and undergo a mandatory mental health evaluation.
He was charged by Mount Carmel police in connection with a July 20, 2011, incident at the Mount Carmel Mid-Rise.
Additional chargers of indecent exposure and open lewdness were not prosecuted.
Police said three witnesses saw Tamecki lying in an elevator naked from the waist down with his genitals exposed.
n Mark Lowry, 28, of Coal Township, pleaded guilty to hit and run and was sentenced to 18 months probation. He also must pay a $50 fine plus costs, $250 restitution to Kristy Strausser and $2,982.44 restitution to Erie Insurance.
Lowry, who represented himself, was charged by Coal Township police in connection with an Aug. 4 accident on Trevorton Road.
