Disorderly conduct
ASHLAND - Joshua Dower, 23, of 207 N. Ninth St., Ashland, was cited by borough police for disorderly conduct for making unreasonable noise and using obscene language at his home at 3 a.m. Thursday.
Drug charges
ASHLAND - Borough police have charged Lisette M. Ng, 39, of 5128 Folsom St., Philadelphia, with multiple felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance involving an Aug. 25 incident at Rite Aid, 129 E. Centre St.
Police said Ng attempted to pass a forged or counterfeit prescription to obtain Oxycodone tablets at 7:50 p.m.
Ng was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale of Frackville and committed to Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
Harassment
MOUNT CARMEL - Angel Lopez, 25, of 148 W. Avenue, Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Matthew Dillman for harassment relating to an incident at 4 p.m. Aug. 22 in which he allegedly struck his wife, Bobbijo Lopez, causing a minor injury.
Disorderly conduct
MOUNT CARMEL - Robert F. Mensch, 48, of 108 N. Locust St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Matthew Dillman for disorderly conduct for making unreasonable noise at 5:50 p.m. Aug. 22 at his residence.
Police said Mensch was playing music loudly to get back at his neighbors.
Scattering rubbish
MOUNT CARMEL - Nathanule Yoder, 25, of 106 Hartman Road, Danville, was cited by Patrolman Justin Stelma for scattering rubbish for depositing a large television on property at 230 E. Fourth St. at 3 p.m. July 15 without permission.
Underage drinking
MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman Kevin Katch cited Amanda Knopp, 19, of 342 S. Oak St., Mount Carmel, and Brett Williams, 19, of 801 W. Fifth St., Mount Carmel, for underage drinking relating to an incident at 1 a.m. Wednesday in the area of Seventh and Maple streets.
Obscene language
MOUNT CARMEL - Shelly L. Dubell, 26, of 300 W. Third St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for disorderly conduct for screaming and using obscene language at 2:20 a.m. Thursday in the area of Third and Poplar streets.
Public drunkenness
MOUNT CARMEL - Robert M. Daniels Jr., 25, of 120 Columbia Ave., Atlas, was cited by Patrolman Justin Stelma for public drunkenness involving an incident at 12:30 a.m. Saturday in which he was found lying on a sidewalk in the first block of North Oak Street.
