Motor vehicle theft
UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP - An unknown person stole a red 2005 Kawasaki 750 Brute Force ATV from Kirby A. Clark, of Snydertown Road, Upper Augusta Township. The incident occurred between 5 p.m. Friday, May 23, and 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at Stonington.
Underage drinking
SUNBURY - Kody Shatto, 19, of Sunbury, has been cited with underage drinking. State police said Shatto was cited after arriving at a residence under the influence of alcohol, while trying to find his way home at 3:05 a.m. Friday.
