Disorderly conduct

SUNBURY - Nicholas A. Kahley, 29, of Sunbury, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident at the Northumberland County Courthouse at 1:40 p.m. Friday.

Robert J. Wolfe, acting county sheriff, said Kahley became combative and used vulgar language while in court for an unrelated matter.

Kahley was escorted from the courtroom by Wolfe and Deputy Sheriff Henry Schrader and was taken to Northumberland County Prison.

Retail theft

COAL TOWNSHIP - Debby L. Beaver, 46, of Locust Gap, was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing from Walmart Supercenter on Route 61 May 6.

Township police said Beaver took $300 worth of merchandise at 7:30 p.m. without paying full retail value.

Trespassing

COAL TOWNSHIP - Felisha Albertson, 22, of Coal Township, has been cited for criminal trespass.

Township police said Albertson entered Walmart Supercenter on Route 61 at 4:34 p.m. May 12. She was not allowed to be at the store because of a previous retail theft incident, police reported.

Retail theft

COAL TOWNSHIP - Cody Long, 20, of Riverside, and Westley Sullivan, 19, of Danville, were charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft relating to an April 21 incident at Walmart Supercenter.

According to township police, Long and Sullivan took $371.06 worth of merchandise from the store without paying full retail value.
