Burglary
COAL TOWNSHIP - The Cardinals Youth Football Booster Club's building at the Ferndale sports complex was burglarized between 12:30 p.m. Sunday and 7:15 p.m. Monday, township police said.
Approximately $120 was stolen.

Crash
COAL TOWNSHIP - No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Main Street near Route 61 in Ranshaw Thursday, township police said.
Travis Campbell, 24, of Shamokin, was driving a 2003 Ford Escape when he pulled from a stop sign onto Route 61 about 3:10 p.m. and struck the rear bumper of a 2012 Kia driven by Lori Kehler, 51, of Shamokin.
Police said the Kia sustained minor damage.
Theft
COAL TOWNSHIP - Joseph Manning, 32, of Bloomsburg, told police someone stole a blue Jansport backpack from his Yamaha Seca motorcycle about 10:10 p.m. Thursday while it was parked in the 1200 block of Chemung Street.
The backpack contained a purple pullover jacket, four pairs of brown gloves and $40 in cash.

Truck stolen
COAL TOWNSHIP - Nathan J. Reigle, 36, of 905 W. Willow St., Coal Township, is accused by township police of stealing a dump truck earlier this month.
Police say video evidence shows Reigle abandoning a 1982 Chevrolet C 30 on Mulberry Street in Atlas on Aug. 4.
The truck was reported stolen by its owner, Allan Shoffler. It was taken between 7 p.m. Aug. 3 and 8 a.m. Aug. 4 from in front of his garage at 12 S. First St. The keys were inside the unlocked vehicle.
Reigle is charged by Patrolman Matthew Henrich with felony counts of theft and receiving stolen property.
