Public drunkenness
COAL TOWNSHIP - Sherry Ann Vellner, 36, of Coal Township, was cited by police for public drunkenness for allegedly causing a disturbance with customers at the drive-thru of the McDonald's Restaurant, Route 61, and attempting to enter the building while its dining area was closed. According to police, she was found to be staggering along Route 61 while she walked to her residence. The incident occurred about 1 a.m. Thursday.
Disorderly conduct
SHAMOKIN - Joseph Miscavage IV, 19, of 128 Tharp St., Tharptown, a 17-year-old Shamokin male and his 15-year-old brother were cited by Cpl. Darwin Tobias III for disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance while allegedly going to 126 N. Eighth St. at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday to fight other people.
Breaks glass door
SHAMOKIN - Adam Kistner Jr., 28, of 904 E. Commerce St., Shamokin, was cited by Patrolman Scott Weaver for disorderly conduct for throwing a candle at a glass door, causing it to smash.
Police said the incident occurred at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday at Kistner's residence.
