Harassment
COAL TOWNSHIP - John Dorkoski, 56, of 1013 W. Pine St., Coal Township, was charged by Patrolman Chris Lapotsky with harassment for allegedly grabbing a 15-year-old male from Coal Township by the throat and hitting him in the face at 9:47 p.m. July 24 at the rear of Dorkoski's home.
