Phone found
TREVORTON - A phone was found at the Zerbe Township National Night Out event at the Foundry Tuesday and turned over to police. The owner of the phone can call 797-4637 and leave a message.
Fight charges
SHAMOKIN - Natasha McCoy, 30, of Milford, and Stefanie Lichty, 34, of 25 N. Seventh St., Shamokin, were cited by Cpl. Darwin Tobias III for harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with a fight at 5:16 p.m. Friday in the first block of North Seventh Street.
Police reported McCoy allegedly struck Stephanie Wablas, 24, of 23 N. Seventh St., Shamokin, numerous times in front of her home.
Lichty is accused of hitting Tina Wilk, 36, of 21 N. Seventh St., Shamokin, on her front porch.
DUI
COAL TOWNSHIP - Kenneth Daubert, 45, of 50 Raspberry Hill, Shamokin, was charged by Patrolman Terry Ketchem with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol relating to an incident that occurred shortly before 2 a.m. July 28 on Route 61 near Jones Home Center.
Police said Daubert had a blood-alcohol content of .137 percent.
DUI
SHAMOKIN - Patrolman Raymond Siko II has charged Jerry D. McFarland, 51, of 1347 W. Mulberry St., Coal Township, with driving under the influence of alcohol and an illegal parking violation in connection with an incident that occurred shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday on Walnut Street near Fifth Street.
Police said McFarland refused to submit to a chemical test.
Drug charges
SHAMOKIN - Jodi L. Bower, 30, of 707 W. Chestnut St., second floor apartment, Shamokin, was charged by Patrolman Raymond Siko II with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said Bower admitted using two syringes to inject heroin July 22 at her apartment.
Siko also charged Ashley Dean Header, 19, of 435 Comfort Road, Sunbury, with growing eight marijuana plants and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with the same incident. Police said Header possessed a multi-colored smoking pipe at Bower's apartment.
Multiple charges
STONINGTON - Robert Allen Potter, 43, of 1262 Hillside Drive, Sunbury, was charged by Trooper Daniel Wilk of state police at Stonington with fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving under suspension, overtaking a vehicle on the right, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving, driving without a valid motorcycle license and operating a motorcycle without wearing protective headgear.
The charges relate to a July 11 pursuit on Route 61 near the state police station.
Theft charges
EAST CAMERON TOWNSHIP - State police at Stonington reported theft charges are pending against a 15-year-old male accused of removing various items from multiple vehicles on Upper Road near Route 125 between 6 and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
