Stalking
SHAMOKIN - Kenneth Lebo, 65, of 44 S. Third St., Shamokin, was charged by Patrolman William Miner with stalking, harassment and disorderly conduct relating to a July 31 disturbance outside Weis Markets.
According to a criminal complaint, Lebo is accused of yelling at several store employees and customers shortly before 11 p.m. while his vehicle was parked in a fire lane in front of the store.
Alyssa Stutzman, one of the employees, told police Lebo came into the store at the beginning of July at least three times a week and yelled at her. She also said Lebo attempted to take photographs of her and gave her letters.
Police said Lebo had been warned several times to stop his behavior, but refused to do so.
Burglary
SHAMOKIN - Taylor Dettrey, 26, of 20 N. Diamond St., Shamokin, was arraigned at 3 p.m. Monday by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III on six felony counts of burglary, six misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking and a misdemeanor of possession of two films of Suboxone relating to incidents that occurred at 120 W. Chestnut St. between March 1 and May 18.
Dettrey is charged by Patrolman William Zalinski with breaking into the home of Brenda Pomponio six times and stealing more than $1,500.
She was committed to Northumberland County Prison in Sunbury in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Retail theft
SHAMOKIN - Eric M. Maurer, 27, of 543 Main St., Ranshaw, was charged by Cpl. Jarrod Scandle with retail theft and receiving stolen property in connection with a June 8, 2010, incident at Turkey Hill Minit Market on Lincoln Street.
Police reported Maurer allegedly stole two drinks from the store.
He was arraigned at 1:45 p.m. Monday by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
