Disorderly conduct
SHAMOKIN - Gary Cook, 33, of 1013 N. Franklin St., Shamokin, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness related to an incident at 8:13 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Pearl Street.
City police said Cook allegedly caused a public inconvenience, fighting and threatening others in public.
Underage drinking
SHAMOKIN - Kyle Hoffman, 19, of 1010 N. Franklin St., Shamokin, was cited for underage drinking in relation to an incident at 1:50 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Franklin Street, according to Shamokin Police.
Not hurt
ZERBE TOWNSHIP - Lori A. Dewald, 47, of Trevorton, escaped injury Sunday when she lost control of the vehicle she was driving and hit a Dumpster and other obstacles on Route 890, according to state police at Stonington.
Trooper David Townsend said Dewald was traveling west in a 2009 Suzuki SX4 west of Mountain Street when she traveled to the right, struck a Dumpster with the passenger side mirror and then hit a retaining wall, a mailbox and a wishing well.
The car stopped on the right shoulder, police said.
Dewald, who was wearing her seat belt, was charged with a traffic violation, police said.
