Lock box found
WEST CHILLISQUAQUE TOWNSHIP - State police at Milton reported a small black Sentry lock box was recovered in a grassy area at the intersection of Coup Road and Housel's Run Road at 4:45 p.m. Friday.
Anyone with information about the lock box should call state police at 524-2662.
Rifle stolen
MAYBERRY TOWNSHIP - State police at Stonington are investigating the theft of a rifle from the home of David Andreychik, 52, of Wonderview Road.
Police said the rifle was stolen between 7:30 and 7:45 p.m. Friday.
Anyone with information about the burglary is urged to call state police at 286-5601.
Disorderly conduct
ROCKEFELLER TOWNSHIP - Robin Lazicki, 45, of Sunbury, will be cited by Trooper David A. Myers of state police at Stonington for disorderly conduct for allegedly jumping on the hood of a vehicle owned by Michael Lorenz, 19, of Shamokin, and removing the windshield wipers.
Police said the incident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. Friday on Dornsife Mountain Road.
Crash under investigation
SHAMOKIN - City police are investigating an accident during which a truck hit a utility pole shortly after midnight Saturday at the corner of Chestnut and Market streets.
The male operator was taken by police to Geisinger-Shamokin Area Community for a blood test, while a female passenger suffered minor injuries and underwent emergency room treatment at the same hospital before being released.
The truck was towed from the scene.
No further information about the crash could be obtained Saturday.
