Range stolen
TREVORTON - A Trevorton man told Zerbe Township Police that an electric glass-top range was stolen from his front porch overnight Friday.
The range, for which no model was given, was reported stolen from the porch of Robert Allan Jr., 51, of 129 W. Shamokin St. Its value is estimated between $800 and $1,000.

3-car crash
HUMMELS WHARF - No one was injured in a crash Tuesday at an intersection near Papa John's on the Susquehanna Trail (Routes 11/15) in Monroe Township, Snyder County.
Trooper Kyle Whitford, of the state police at Selinsgrove, reported Bryan S. Heffner, 20, of Shamokin Dam, was driving a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta GLI east on Park Road about 4:45 p.m. when he failed to stop at a red light and traveled onto Susquehanna Trail and into the path of a northbound 2008 Subaru Outback driven by Kay M. Bachman, 58, of Middleburg.
The impact sent Bachman's vehicle into the southbound lanes where it collided with a 2004 Toyota Camry driven by Andrey Shevchenko, 45, of Sunbury.
Whitford said all three drivers were wearing seat belts, and a 7-year-old girl who was a passenger in Bachman's vehicle was properly restrained in a child safety seat.
All three vehicles sustained damages, he said, with the Volkswagen and Subaru towed.
Heffner was charged with failing to stop at a red traffic signal.
Fake $100 bills
FRACKVILLE - Two women passed six fake $100 bills in three stores inside Schuylkill Mall on Monday, according to state police at Frackville.
Trooper Edward Sanchez described the two suspects as black females dressed in black clothing with cornrowed hair. The women, he said, looked to be between 35 and 45 years old.
Mall security followed the duo after the initial bill was discovered to be fake. However, they were unable to apprehend the women or obtain vehicle information.
The bills were passed in Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works and f.y.e. Sanchez said all the bills had the same serial number and passed the detection marker test.
