Criminal mischief
UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP - State police at Stonington reported someone smashed the windshield on a 2007 Caterpillar 262B skid loader owned by Matthew Herrold, 38, of 620 N. Front St., Sunbury, while the machinery was parked at a construction site near Hixson's Auto Body along Route 61.
Police said damage is estimated at $500.
Police reported the vandalism occurred between 5:30 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday.
DUI
COAL TOWNSHIP - Janet M. Dowkus, 50, of 124 Nesterick Road, Coal Township, was charged by Patrolman Matthew Hashuga with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol relating to an Oct. 13 accident at 1605 Trevorton Road.
Police reported Dowkus had a blood-alcohol content of .303 percent.
Harboring charges
SHAMOKIN - Megan ReJean Holohan, 32, of 18 S. Market St., Apt. 1, Shamokin, has been charged by Cpl. Darwin Tobias III with harboring a wanted person and hindering apprehension or prosecution involving an incident that occurred at 5:35 p.m. Monday.
According to a criminal complaint filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III, Holohan is accused of harboring a female wanted by Northumberland County probation/parole officers. Police said Holohan falsely informed probation/parole officers that she did not know the whereabouts of the wanted woman, who was later found hiding in an exit hallway at the rear of Holohan's apartment building on West Chestnut Street.
Multiple offenses
SHAMOKIN - Patrolman Jarrod Scandle has charged Kenneth C. Kline, 45, of 1750 W. Gowen St., Shamokin, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under suspension, a registration violation, driving without insurance and careless driving.
The charges were filed in connection with an Oct. 5 traffic stop at Sixth and Spruce streets.
Police reported Kline had a blood-alcohol content of .383 percent and also had Delta-9 THC, Delta-9 Carboxy THC and Oxycodone-Free in his blood system.
