Gambling citation
SUNBURY - The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Sunbury Aerie 503, 33 S. Sixth St., on Nov. 1 for various violations over the past year.
According to police, the establishment permitted patrons to enter the portion of the premises habitually used for the service of alcohol between 3:30 and 7 a.m. when they did not possess an extended hours food permit, and the possession or operation of gambling devices or paraphernalia or permitted gambling or lotteries, pool-selling and/or bookmaking on the premises.
The case will be brought before an administrative law judge to impose the penalty.
