DUI

SELINSGROVE - Cameron Weaver, 22, of Selinsgrove, has been charged by state police at Selinsgrove with driving under the influence of alcohol and summary traffic offenses involving a Sept. 6 incident at the intersection of Market Street and University Avenue.

Bad check

MONROE TOWNSHIP - Gerald Snyder, 48, of Dalmatia, was charged by state police at Selinsgrove with issuing a bad check in the amount of $1,329.96 to Mulls Auto Sales on North Susquehanna Trail for auto repair work.

Defiant trespass

SHAMOKIN - Jason J. Ruskuski, 35, of 3 S. Shamokin St., Shamokin, was cited by Patrolman Raymond Siko II for defiant trespass and disorderly conduct involving an incident at 11:40 a.m. Thursday in the first block of South Shamokin Street.

Police reported Ruskuski was involved a fight and ran from police through several yards.

Drug paraphernalia

SHAMOKIN - Robert Kaminski, 23, of 30 N. Vine St., Mount Carmel, was charged by Patrolman Matthew Dillman with possession of drug paraphernalia relating to an Aug. 20 incident at Poplar and Cherry streets.

Drug offenses

RIVERSIDE - Amber Lynn Esser, 22, of 118 R. Foust St., Danville, was charged by Officer Jennifer Goss with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with a Sept. 2 incident at 604 Ave. D.

Police reported Esser used a homemade device made out of a pen and socket to smoke marijuana in the presence of her four-month-old and two-year-old children.
