COAL RUN - Jeffrey Cosgrove, 47, of 165 Coal Run Road, Coal Run, was charged by Patrolman Chris Lapotsky with public drunkenness relating to an incident at 8 p.m. Saturday near the Cameron Bridge.
Police said Cosgrove had a blood-alcohol content of .264 percent.
Public nuisance
SHAMOKIN - Russell Kolody, 81, of 603 W. Mulberry St., Shamokin, was cited four times by Cpl. Bryan Primerano for allowing several of his properties to be in danger of collapsing.
Primerano cited Kolody for having broken glass, unsecure roofs and shingles falling off the roofs of properties he owns at 603, 605, 607, 609, 611, 613 and 615 W. Mulberry St. and 442 W. Mulberry St. The citations were issued June 1 and Sunday.
Rundown property
SHAMOKIN - Cpl. Bryan Primerano cited Jhoel Leonardo, of South Richmond Hill, N.Y., on Sunday for causing a public nuisance by allowing a property he owns at 625-627 E. Commerce St. to be in danger of collapsing and having broken glass and shingles falling.
Public drunkenness
SHAMOKIN - Andre White, 49, of 1116 Pulaski Ave., Coal Township, was cited by Patrolman William Zalinski for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance at about 1:30 a.m. May 24 after being removed from Tiffany's Lounge, 58 E. Independence St.
Intoxicated woman
SHAMOKIN - Tonya Wilk, 31, of 409 N. Rock St., Apt. 1, Shamokin, was cited by Chief of Police Darwin Tobias III for scattering rubbish and public drunkenness after she allegedly consumed a 12-pack of beer and allowed the beer cans and packaging to lay on the ground in the area of Commerce and Vine streets at 3:35 p.m. June 3.
Steals food
SHAMOKIN - Billie Jo Parks, 32, of 436 W. Gowen St., Shamokin, was cited by Police Chief Darwin Tobias III for retail theft for allegedly stealing $23.01 worth of food from Turkey Hill Minit Market on Lincoln Street at 9:17 a.m. May 30.
BB gun shooting
SHAMOKIN - Chief of Police Darwin Tobias III cited a 15-year-old Ranshaw male for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for allegedly shooting a BB gun and damaging two windows at 63 Raspberry Hill shortly before 2 p.m. May 31.
Public drunkenness
SHAMOKIN - Patrolman Nathan Rhodes cited Ryan Kirchman, 23, of 216 S. Franklin St., Shamokin, for public drunkenness after he was found lying face down on the ground at Pine and Franklin streets at 2:48 a.m. June 1.
Disorderly conduct
SHAMOKIN - Dane Hanford, 27, of 313 Main St., Watsontown, was cited by Cpl. Jarrod Scandle for possessing an open container of beer, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he was found asleep on a sidewalk at 5:30 p.m. May 30 on Raspberry Hill.

SHAMOKIN - Shirley Bebenek, of Box 234, Shamokin RR 2, was cited Sunday by Cpl. Bryan Primerano for allowing a building she owns at 32 N. Sixth St. to be in danger of collapsing and having broken glass and materials falling from the structure. Police said a garage at the rear of the property also is collapsing.
Barking dogs
SHAMOKIN - Renee Susan Valentine, 41, of 30 N. Anthracite St., Shamokin, was cited by Chief of Police Darwin Tobias III for allowing her dogs to continuously bark at her residence at about 2:45 a.m. May 24, which disturbed multiple neighbors.
Criminal mischief
SHAMOKIN - Tammy Lee Brosius, 41, of 415 N. Rock St., Shamokin, was cited by Police Chief Darwin Tobias III for criminal mischief for allegedly throwing wooden boards onto a freshly painted porch at 409 N. Rock St. owned by Robert Gilligbauer, of Shamokin.
Police said the incident caused approximately $90 damage.
Retail theft
SHAMOKIN - Ronald R. Wallace, 58, of 1670 W. Chestnut St., Coal Township, was cited by Patrolman Shane Mowery for retail theft for allegedly stealing an $8 baseball hat from the Dollar General store, 30 E. Independence St., at 2:37 p.m. May 24.
Victim flown to hospital
UPPER PAXTON TOWNSHIP - Heather K. Rozycki, 39, of Dalmatia, was flown by Life Lion helicopter to Penn State Hershey Medical Center after suffering severe injuries Saturday afternoon on Route 147 north of Tarry Hill Road.
State police at Lykens reported Rozycki was driving a 2007 Honda Fit south at noon when she failed to safely negotiate a curve, causing the car to strike a utility pole and boulder off the highway. The auto then exited the road and rolled multiple times before coming to rest on railroad tracks.
Police said Rozycki was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
A 5-year-old female passenger from Dalmatia, who was secured in a booster seat, suffered minor injuries. She also was flown by helicopter to Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
State police are continuing their investigation.
Assisting at the scene were Millersburg Area Ambulance personnel, Lifeteam EMS, Elizabethtown firefighters and fire police.
