Retail theft

COAL TOWNSHIP - Patrolman Matthew Hashuga has charged three people with retail theft involving incidents at Walmart Supercenter on Route 61.

Edward Balch, 19, of Mount Carmel, and Tammy Martin, 40, of Mount Carmel, were charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft for allegedly stealing $250 in merchandise at 7:20 p.m. April 18.

Angela Stutzcavage, 20, of Aristes, was charged with retail theft for allegedly removing $85.55 in merchandise April 14.

Public drunkenness

SHAMOKIN - Jeanette Kitchen, 45, of 720 N. Franklin St., Shamokin, was cited by Cpl. Jarrod Scandle for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct for allegedly pounding on the door at the residence of Kenneth Wert, 22 N. Shamokin St., at 9:42 p.m. May 7.

Disorderly conduct

SHAMOKIN - Joseph Miscavage Jr., 20, of 128 Tharp St., Tharptown, and a 16-year-old Shamokin boy were cited by Patrolman Mark Costa for disorderly conduct in connection with a fight at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of North Eighth Street.
