MOUNT CARMEL - The following hearings took place Tuesday before Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones. Defendants ordered to appear for plea court March 12 in Northumberland County Court, Sunbury, can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.
n Shane Michael Wondoloski, 22, of 346 S. Poplar St., Mount Carmel, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to use, disorderly conduct and harassment/stalking related to a Jan. 11 incident at the corner on Sixth and Grape streets, Mount Carmel.
Wondoloski is accused of pushing Byanna Dusendschine on the ground after she allegedly bit him on the face and punched him in the back.
When he was taken into custody, he allegedly tried to discard of two Oxycodone pills beneath the borough police cruiser, police said.
The charges were filed by Mount Carmel Patrolman William Adamski.
n Wade Jeffrey Smink, 38, last known address of 844 Chestnut St., Kulpmont, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to drive in a single lane, failing to have the proper restraint system for a child under the age of 4, driving while suspended and failure to notify the state of a change of address relating to an accident on Nov. 19.
Police said Smink hit a tree on Route 901 in Mount Carmel Township and then crawled into the passenger seat, reclined the chair, placed his feet on the dash and took a nap.
Smink tested positive for Lorazepam, Tramadol, O-Desmethyltramadol, Citalopram and caffeine, police said.

n Jamie Lee Jurevicz, 34, of 444 W. Girard St., Atlas, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to drive in a single lane, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without a certificate of inspection relating to a Jan. 18 accident on Route 61 in Atlas.
Jurevicz is accused of failing several sobriety tests and having a blood alcohol level of .091, police said.

n Timothy L. Koch, 37, of 124 Vine St., Williamstown, waived to court charges of retail theft, operating a vehicle without required insurance, operating a vehicle without certificate of inspection and driving while under suspension relating to an Oct. 24 incident at Turkey Hill along Route 61 in Mount Carmel Township.
Koch is accused of leaving the gas pumps without paying for $55 worth of fuel he put in his car, police said.
The charges were filed by Mount Carmel Township Patrolman Daniel Politza.
n Jennifer Lauren Miller, 29, of 413 Clermont St., P.O. Box 340, Marion Heights, waived to court charges of two counts of driving under the influence and driving with a broken rear license plate light relating to a Jan. 26 incident on Route 61 in Atlas.
Miller is accused of failing several sobriety tests and having a blood alcohol level of .147, police said.
The charges were filed by Mount Carmel Township Patrolman Kelly Campbell.
