Charges withdrawn
RALPHO TOWNSHIP - Police on Friday announced they have withdrawn charges of burglary, criminal trespass and loitering and prowling at night that were filed against Joshua Michael Daya, 30, of 134 W. Center St., Apt 2A, Elysburg, related to an Oct. 1 burglary at 122 N. Market St.
Police had originally said Daya was confronted inside the residence of Virginia Nefsky and later apprehended.
