DUI

MOUNT CARMEL - Michael R. Fletcher, 24, of 830 Pine St., Kulpmont, was charged by Patrolman Patrick McAndrew with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and a stop sign violation relating to a July 6 traffic stop at Fourth and Hickory streets.

Police reported Fletcher had a blood-alcohol content of .249 percent and also had marijuana in his blood system.

DUI

MOUNT CARMEL TOWNSHIP - Michael F. Dombroski, 34, of 5065 Upper Road, Mount Carmel, was charged by Patrolman Keith Tamborelli with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance or combination of drugs, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and a lighting violation relating to a July 5 traffic stop at Pennsylvania Avenue and Vine Street.

Police said Dombroski had a blood-alcohol content of .173 percent and also had Nordiazepam and Oxycodone in his blood system.

Simple assault

MOUNT CARMEL - Chief of Police Todd Owens has charged Jake D. Stellar, 24, of 245 E. Fourth St., Mount Carmel, with two counts of simple assault and one count of harassment.

Police reported Stellar is accused of assaulting his mother, Kimberly Johnson, inside 245 E. Fourth St. at 11:30 a.m. Sunday and spitting in her face before leaving the residence.

Case waived

MOUNT CARMEL - Robert J. Csatlos, 27, of 351 Chestnut St., Kulpmont, waived to court Wednesday four counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance or combination of drugs and a lighting violation involving a July 27 traffic stop on Front Street in Strong.

The charges were filed by Mount Carmel Township Patrolman Kelly Campbell.

Csatlos was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to appear for plea court Nov. 25 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, where he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

Charges waived

RALPHO TOWNSHIP - Robert W. Buettner Jr., 23, of Bear Gap, waived to court Wednesday a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones to appear for plea court Nov. 25 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury, where he can plead guilty or no contest, or seek a trial by pleading not guilty.

Buettner was charged by Ralpho Township Patrolman Stephen Spade in connection with an April 24 incident on Bear Gap Road.

Criminal trespass

MOUNT CARMEL - Tina Green, 44, of 423 N. Maple St., Mount Carmel, was charged by Patrolman Justin Stelma with criminal trespass, criminal attempt to commit criminal trespass, interfering with the custody of children, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief relating to a disturbance at about 6 a.m. Sept. 14 at 122 E. Fourth St.

Police said Green allegedly removed an air conditioner and smashed a front-door window at the home of her mother, Laura Green, in an attempt to see her 4-year-old daughter, who has been placed in Laura Green's care by Northumberland County Children and Youth Services. Police said a court order prevents the defendant from having contact with her daughter.

Police said Tina Green resisted arrest at her residence and threatened to kill people she claimed were responsible for acts committed against her daughter.

Tina Green was arraigned Thursday by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones and committed to Northumberland County Prison in Sunbury in lieu of $20,000 bail.
