SHAMOKIN - Arthur w. Pennycoff, 56, of 846 N. Fifth St., Shamokin, was cited for harassment by Shamokin City Police Cpl John J, Brown following an incident at 3:26 p.m. June 16 when Pennycoff allegedly called his ex-wife repeatedly despite being told by police to stop.
Public drunkenness
SHAMOKIN - City Police Patrolman Scott Weaver cited Robert Lee Yost, 26, of 136 S. Second St., Shamokin, for public drunkenness after he was found sleeping on the sidewalk twice in the area of the 00 and 100 blocks of South Second Street at 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
Disorderly conduct
SHAMOKIN - Rosemary Davis, 48, of 551A N. Sixth St., Shamokin was cited for disorderly conduct by Shamokin City Police Patrolman Scott Weaver following an incident in the area of the bandstand on Arch Street at 6:20 p.m. June 18.
Police say that Davis allegedly lied to police concerning an incident that took place with her son and attempted to mislead police to his identity once stopped.
