Domestic disturbance
ASHLAND - Daniel Landon, 37, of 1036 Walnut St., Ashland, was cited by Patrolman Mark O'Hearn for harassment for allegedly grabbing Ashley Landon by the hair at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday during a domestic disturbance.
Burglary
ASHLAND - John Magdeburg, 34, of 1319 Walnut St., Ashland, was charged by Patrolman Ted Buriak with burglary and criminal trespass in connection with a disturbance at the residence of Tom and Yvonne Manley, 1002 Walnut St., shortly after 9 p.m. Saturday.
Police reported Magdeburg banged on a window, pushed an air conditioner through a window and climbed through a window into the residence before Tom Manley came downstairs and removed him from the home. Magdeburg fled the scene, but was apprehended a short distance away by borough police.
Magdeburg told police he broke into the home because he needed to get guns to protect himself against people who were after him.
He was committed to Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville after failing to post $15,000 bail.
Route 890 crash
ZERBE TOWNSHIP - Dan Crissinger, 47, of 205 N. Ninth St., Sunbury, suffered injuries Saturday night when his 1990 Ford truck struck a guardrail along Route 890, traveled across the highway and hit an embankment before rolling over several times and coming to rest in the center of the road.
State police at Stonington reported Crissinger was transported by ambulance to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville following the 8:14 p.m. accident. A hospital spokeswoman reported Crissinger was in fair condition Sunday night.
