No injuries were reported.
Domaleski's car and the van were towed from the scene.
Multiple charges
WEST CHILLISQUAQUE TOWNSHIP - Theodore Bartlett Doremus, 18, of Jericho Center, Vt., and a student at Bucknell University, will be charged by state police at Milton with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, underage drinking, public drunkenness and loitering and prowling at night relating to a disturbance Sunday morning at the residence of Timothy Witter, of 45 Old Route 45, Milton.
Police said Wittmer awoke at 8 a.m. and found Doremus passed out on his sofa while noticing his back door window had been broken by a vacuum cleaner that was on his back porch. Witter said he immediately called state police about the intrusion.
When state police arrived at the home, they found Witter holding a loaded shotgun while standing over Doremus, who was still passed out.
When police awoke Doremus, who was intoxicated, he didn't know where he was or how he got there. Doremus told police he was a first-semester freshman at Bucknell University and did not remember leaving a house party earlier in the morning. He also didn't recall how he lost his shoes and socks.
Doremus was released to Bucknell University officials.
