MOUNT CARMEL - Renee M. Lahr, 38, of 45 S. Poplar St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Kevin Katch for harassment and disorderly conduct relating to an incident at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 3 at 2 N. Oak St.
Police reported Lahr allegedly struck Felina Robbins in the face, causing injuries.
Teens cited
MOUNT CARMEL - Two Mount Carmel juveniles were cited by Patrolman William Adamski for criminal mischief relating to an Aug. 10 incident in the 200 block of South Poplar Street.
Police said the incident occurred at 3:30 p.m.
Harassment
MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman Matthew Dillman cited Trey A. Milewski, 19, and Matthew Milewski, 41, both of 130 W. Avenue, Mount Carmel, for harassment involving a 12:20 a.m. Aug. 23 disturbance at their residence.
Retail theft
MOUNT CARMEL - Janelle C. Thomas, 36, of 278 Third St., Coaldale, was cited by Patrolman William Adamski for retail theft relating to a 12:40 p.m. Sept. 8 incident at the Dollar General store, 240 S. Market St.
Shannon L. Chapman, 38, of 129 W. Third St., Mount Carmel, also was cited by Adamski for the same offense involving a Sept. 8 incident at the Dollar General store.
Harassment
MOUNT CARMEL - Angela Koriesl, 35, of 36 N. Vine St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for harassment in connection with a 10:30 a.m. Sept. 12 incident.
Police said Koriesl allegedly contacted her estranged husband after being told not to do so.
Public drunkenness
MOUNT CARMEL - Thomas J. Crumlic, 55, of 414 S. Market St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman William Adamski for public drunkenness relating to a disturbance at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19 at Seventh and Market streets.
Scattering rubbish
MOUNT CARMEL - Calvin D. Evans, 55, of 317 W. Fourth St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for scattering rubbish for allegedly dumping household garbage into a Dumpster owned by another person Sept. 18 at Third and Oak streets.

MOUNT CARMEL - Kevin M. Phelan, 27, of 51 Westwood St., Minersville, was cited by Patrolman Kevin Katch for harassment involving an 8 p.m. Sept. 6 incident at 305 W. Second St.
Disorderly conduct
MOUNT CARMEL - Clinton Miller, 18, of 21 N. Hickory St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Jason Drumheller for disorderly conduct and harassment in connection with a disturbance at 12:13 p.m. Sept. 7 at Town Park.

MOUNT CARMEL - Amanda L. Morey, 32, of 10 N. Walnut St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for harassment relating to a 9:30 a.m. Sept. 24 incident at her residence.
Police reported Morey allegedly threw a rock that struck her husband in the head and put a hole in the front screen door.

MOUNT CARMEL - Barry Neidlinger Jr., 50, and Jeffery Deitrick, 49, both of 110 N. Beech St., Mount Carmel, were cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for harassment involving a disturbance at 2:40 p.m. Sept. 23 at their home.

MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman Justin Stelma cited Kevin J. McCarthy, 38, of 308 S. Maple St., Mount Carmel, for harassment for allegedly having contact with Mary Kerstetter after being told not to do so.
Police said the incident occurred between 2 and 4 p.m. Sept. 24.
Retail theft
MOUNT CARMEL - David A. Demarco, 429 W. Second St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Jason Drumheller for retail theft involving a 6 p.m. Sept. 14 incident at the Dollar General store, 240 S. Market St.
Juveniles cited
MOUNT CARMEL - Three female juveniles from Mount Carmel, ages 13, 14 and 15, were charged by Cpl. David Donkochik with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct involving a 6:30 p.m. Sept. 21 incident.
Police said the juveniles are accused of spreading paint over various areas including buildings, vehicles and streets.
Constable assaulted
MOUNT CARMEL - A 17-year-old male from Mount Carmel was charged by Lt. Christopher Buhay with aggravated assault, simple assault, obstructing administration of the law, disorderly conduct and harassment involving a 1 p.m. Sept. 21 disturbance in the 100 block of South Oak Street.
Police said the teen allegedly assaulted state Constable Larry Rompallo while he was attempting to take the juvenile's mother into custody. Rompallo suffered injuries in the assault, police said.
Megan's Law violation
SHAMOKIN - Justin M. Wyland, 29, of 104 Second St., Ranshaw, was charged by Cpl. Christopher Hill of the Pennsylvania State Police Computer Crime Unit with a felony of failing to comply with Megan's Law registration requirements.
Wyland is accused of failing to notify state police of posts on his Facebook page.
He was arraigned Thursday by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III and committed to Snyder County Prison in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. He later posted bail and was released from prison.
Simple assault
SHAMOKIN - James Vanness Jr., 23, of 203 E. Dewart St., Shamokin, was charged Thursday by Patrolman William Miner with simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment relating to a disturbance at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at 189 E. Dewart St.
Vanness is accused of threatening to kill Chelsea Swartzlander, smashing items in her home, punching a door and banging a chair into the walls. Police said the disturbance stemmed from an argument Vanness had with Swartzlander over a dog.
Police said Vanness also shouted and cursed.
Vanness was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III and committed to Montour County Prison in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
Drug charges
MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman William Adamski has charged Ryan E. Clews, 26, of 1501 Centre St., Ashland, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and flight to avoid apprehension involving an incident at 11:22 a.m. Tuesday at Second and Oak streets.
Following a pursuit, police found 15 blue glassine bags, a few of which contained small amounts of a white powdery substance.
Clews was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Hugh Jones and committed to Snyder County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Drug offenses
MOUNT CARMEL - Anthony M. Leggins, 28, of 14 E. Avenue, Mount Carmel, was charged by Chief of Police Todd Owens and Patrolman Matthew Dillman with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of criminal conspiracy.
The charges relate to an incident at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of South Orange Street in which Leggins allegedly sold synthetic marijuana for $70 to an informant. Leggins also is accused of possessing three acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrochloride tablets.
