Missing teen
COAL TOWNSHIP - Mario Antonio Tokar-Moore, 15, of 1256 Pulaski Ave., has been reported missing from his home.
The teen, who was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, was wearing a red and black T-shirt. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair.
Drunkenness
SHAMOKIN - Matthew Allen, 36, of 45 S. Shamokin St., Shamokin, was cited by Patrolman Shane Mowery for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct relating to a fight in the first block of South Franklin Street shortly after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police said Allen, who pounded and kicked the front door at 6 S. Franklin St., was wanted on an arrest warrant and incarcerated.
Couple charged
SHAMOKIN - Patrolman Raymond Siko II has charged Belinda Sue Smith, 22, and Steven Wayne Schlief Jr., 21, both of 709 Penn St., Shamokin, with simple assault and harassment relating to a disturbance at their home at 12:45 p.m. June 11.
According to a criminal complaint filed at the office of Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III, Smith is accused of hitting Schlief on his arms and face and biting him on his left arm, causing injury. Schlief is accused of striking Smith in the face and arms, causing injury. Police said Smith also suffered a laceration on her foot from items broken in the house during the fight.
Drug charge
SHAMOKIN - Jonathan Allan Gregory, 29, of 869 W. Spruce St., Coal Township, and Michael Leiby, 30, of 1333 W. Water St., Coal Township, were charged by Patrolman Raymond Siko II with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said Leiby was found in possession of a chrome smoking pipe with burnt residue commonly used to inhale "spice." Gregory was found in possession of a black metal smoking pipe with burnt residue commonly used to inhale "spice" and an empty packet of "spice."
Driving under suspension
SHAMOKIN - Rodger Raymond Facer Jr., 27, of 103 S. Rock St., Shamokin, was charged by Patrolman Scott Weaver with driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia relating to a May 20 incident in the Weis Markets auxiliary parking lot at Sixth and Walnut streets.
Police said a backpack containing copper scratch pads, shoestrings, a homemade pipe with residue that smelled of marijuana and two pink plastic baggies commonly used to package narcotics was found on the floor of Facer's vehicle.
Stalking
TREVORTON - Kyle Joseph Mirolli, 33, of 894 Trevorton Road, Shamokin, has been charged by Zerbe Township Officer Michael Kreischer with two counts each of stalking, harassment and disorderly conduct involving incidents that occurred between 4:15 and 4:38 p.m. June 12 on Market Street and other locations in Trevorton.
Police reported Mirolli is accused of following Nicholas Strohecker and a 16-year-old male, who were riding in a truck, around the village and threatening to kill them and beat them up. At one point, police said Mirolli allegedly punched the rear driver's side window on Strohecker's truck as Strohecker started to drive away.
Police said Strohecker and the teen then rode to the Zerbe Township recreation park on Fifth Street and called 911 to report the threats.
