MOUNT CARMEL - Rose M. Dunkle, 34, of 311 W. Fig St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for disorderly conduct relating to a disturbance inside and outside her residence at noon May 29.
Police said Dunkle screamed at and pushed other people.
Bangs on windows
MOUNT CARMEL - Heather A. Frank, 30, of 331 N. Vine St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for disorderly conduct involving a disturbance outside her home at 2 p.m. May 29.
Police reported Frank was banging on vehicle windows and yelling.
Dog runs loose
MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman Justin Stelma cited David Tracey, 38, of 331 W. Seventh St., Mount Carmel, for allowing his pit bull to run loose near his residence at 3:30 p.m. May 18.
Scattering rubbish
MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman William Adamski cited Beth E. Morgan, 42, of 215 S. Poplar St., Mount Carmel, for scattering rubbish and disorderly conduct involving an incident at 2 p.m. May 21 at Sixth and Hickory streets.
Police said Morgan deposited garbage and other items from her vehicle onto the street.
Teens cited
MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman William Adamski cited a 13-year-old female from Mount Carmel and a 16-year-old Atlas male for disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance at 6:30 p.m. May 25 in the 100 block of South Oak Street.
Police said the teens were yelling and banging on the front windows at China Work Restaurant and also threw a water balloon into the restaurant.
Harassment
MOUNT CARMEL - Cody L. Allen, 21, of 46 N. Maple St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Kevin Katch for harassment for kicking Miriam Allen during a dispute at their home at 7:30 p.m. June 3.
Disorderly conduct
MOUNT CARMEL - Danielle M. Townsend, 26, of 336 S. Locust St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for disorderly conduct involving a disturbance at 7 p.m. June 5 in the 400 block of East Seventh Street.
Police said Townsend yelled and threatened others with a baseball bat.
Strikes man in face
MOUNT CARMEL - Lisa Dillow, 30, of 449 E. Seventh St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for harassment for striking Jason Dillow in the face at 10:30 p.m. June 4 in the area of Sixth and Orange streets.
Retail theft
MOUNT CARMEL - Taylor M. Hamaday, 18, of 1112 E. Mahanoy St., Mahanoy City, was cited by Police Chief Todd Owens for retail theft for removing $109.25 in merchandise from the Dollar General Store at 2:30 p.m. June 7.
Two cited
MOUNT CARMEL - Chastity M. Dewees, 39, and Roxanne L. Misner-Dewees, 39, both of 343 S. Oak St., Mount Carmel, were cited by Lt. Christopher Buhay for disorderly conduct for causing a disturbance inside and outside their residence at 12:30 a.m. June 7.
Domestic dispute
MOUNT CARMEL - Robert C. Thurner, 31, and Penny Mansfield, 35, both of 228 W. Second St., Mount Carmel, were cited by Patrolman Kevin Katch for harassment involving a dispute at their residence at midnight Wednesday.
Police said Mansfield allegedly struck Thurner in the head, while Thurner reportedly drug Mansfield around the residence.
Public drunkenness
MOUNT CARMEL - James E. Colahan Sr., 62, of 236 S. Oak St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Cpl. David Donkochik for public drunkenness involving an incident at Sixth and Oak streets at 10:30 p.m. June 5.
Police said Colahan was observed lying on the ground while intoxicated.
Disorderly conduct
MOUNT CARMEL - Preslyann Wilson, 18, of 287 Main St., Ashland, and a 17-year-old female from Ashland were cited by Cpl. David Donkochik for disorderly conduct for assaulting a 17-year-old female in the area of Sixth and Willow streets at 2:30 p.m. May 26.
One-vehicle crash
LOWER MAHANOY TOWNSHIP - Mackenzie C. Lutz, 23, of Mount Carmel, escaped injury Saturday afternoon in a one-vehicle accident along Route 147, approximately one-half mile north of Toad Hollow Road.
State police at Stonington reported Lutz was driving a 2002 Jeep Liberty south at 4:33 p.m. when her vehicle veered off the southbound shoulder. Police said Lutz attempted to regain control of the Jeep, which veered back onto the road, crossed the northbound lane, struck an embankment and overturned.
The Jeep was towed from the scene by Prodical Garage. Also assisting were fire and rescue personnel from Dalmatia.
Lutz was cited by Trooper Michael App for failure to drive in a single lane.
Scattering rubbish
UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP - State police at Stonington are investigating an incident involving someone scattering rubbish at 1553 Market St. between 7 a.m. and 12:06 p.m. Friday.
Police said the property is owned by Robert Harold Hupp, 55.

Criminal trespass
TREVORTON - State police at Stonington are investigating a criminal trespass complaint at 1020 W. Market St. at 9:34 p.m. Thursday.
Theft suspects flee
MONROE TOWNSHIP - State police at Selinsgrove are searching for two black females who committed retail theft at Boscov's Department Store in the Susquehanna Valley Mall at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and then fled the store.
Police said the suspects, who are both five feet, seven inches tall with a medium build and long dark hair, are accused of stealing approximately $200 worth of girls clothing by stuffing it into their oversized handbags.
When one of the suspects was approached by a loss prevention officer, she ran out of the store. Both females then ran through the parking lot and across four lanes of traffic on Routes 11-15 in the direction of Walmart.
While running away, one of the suspects yelled to the other to get the car and pick her up.
The vehicle they allegedly used to flee the scene is an older model Oldsmobile with the first three letters on the registration being FWT, police said.
In addition to the theft suspects, the vehicle contained two other passengers, including a black female believed to be in her 50s and an approximate 10-year-old black girl.
