Disorderly conduct

MOUNT CARMEL - Danielle Freitag, 27, of 18 S. Locust St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Matthew Dillman for disorderly conduct for allegedly shoving a 16-year-old male in Town Park at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 7.

Criminal mischief

MOUNT CARMEL - Rosemary Shannon, 53, of 302 S. Beech St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Jason Drumheller for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for allegedly causing a disturbance and damaging the property of Robert Barrett of the 400 block of West Sixth Street at 5:15 p.m. Sept. 9.

Police said Shannon was observed banging on Barrett's residence, kicking and hitting his vehicle and threatening to harm him.

Criminal trespass

MOUNT CARMEL - Lt. Christopher Buhay cited Joseph M. Lahr, 39, of 45 S. Poplar St., Mount Carmel, for criminal trespass for allegedly entering and damaging the property of John Konway, of 43 S. Poplar St., Oct. 11.

Causes disturbance

MOUNT CARMEL - Nicholas Rodriguez, 43, of 412 S. Market St., Mount Carmel, was cited by Patrolman Justin Stelma for disorderly conduct for allegedly causing a disturbance and throwing household items on the street and sidewalk at 12:30 a.m. Oct. 9.

Teen cited

MOUNT CARMEL - Lt. Christopher Buhay cited a 13-year-old male for harassment for allegedly yelling, punching and threatening people in the 200 block of West Second Street Oct. 11.

Criminal trespass

MOUNT CARMEL - Craig Ryan, 25, of 228 Second St., Wilburton, was cited by Chief of Police Todd Owens for criminal trespass for allegedly causing damage at Kevin Moncavage Woodworks on Spruce Street May 24.

Teens cited in fight

MOUNT CARMEL - Patrolman Jason Drumheller has cited a 16-year-old female and 15-year-old female for disorderly conduct in connection with a fight at 5 p.m. Oct. 13 in the first block of South Oak Street.

Theft-related charges

COAL TOWNSHIP - Two 14-year-old males have been charged by Patrolman Chris Lapotsky in connection with the theft of a 1998 Honda CRV owned by Shelly Sutsko, 39, of 399 Beech St., Coal Township.

The theft occurred Aug. 27 or Aug. 28 at Sutsko's residence.

Police said the teen from Shamokin was charged with two counts of theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, while the juvenile from Coal Township was charged with receiving stolen property.

During the morning hours of Aug. 28, the two boys were located with the disabled, stolen vehicle on Bear Valley Avenue. Police said the Honda CRV had mechanical damage totaling $784.40 and body damage estimated at $2,000. Police said $439.64 worth of various items were stolen from the vehicle.

The charges were filed with Northumberland County Juvenile Services.

Leaf blower stolen

COAL TOWNSHIP - Paul Petrovich, 50, of 1424 Wabash St., Coal Township, told police someone stole a Poulan leaf blower and Harvey-Davidson cover between 4:40 p.m. Thursday and 6:45 a.m. Friday from his carport.

Anyone with information about the theft is urged to call Coal Township police at 570-644-0333.

Disorderly conduct

SHAMOKIN - Heather Nolter, 26, of 125 E. Arch St., Shamokin, and her former boyfriend, Phillip Shaffer, 27, of Pine Grove, were cited by Patrolman Scott Weaver for disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling outside Nolter's home at 7:05 a.m. Thursday.

Police said neighbors were awaken by the disturbance.

Criminal trespass

SHAMOKIN - Bryan Seger, 31, of 308 W. Mulberry St., Shamokin, was cited by Patrolman Nathan Rhodes for criminal trespass for allegedly entering 306 S. Fifth St. without authorization at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Drug paraphernalia

SHAMOKIN - Daniele Coller, 22, of 609 E. Independence St., Shamokin, was charged by Cpl. Jarrod Scandle with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness involving an Oct. 1 incident at Coal and Water streets.

Police said Coller was found in possession of a multi-clored glass pipe used to smoke marijuana and a syringe. Coller, who was under the influence of a controlled substance, told police she had smoked marijuana and taken Tramadol.

Drug offenses

SHAMOKIN - Robert Nathan Searls, 18, of 914 N. Vine St., Shamokin, and Kenneth Raymond Sampsell Jr., 19, of 2233 State Route 61, Sunbury, have been charged by Patrolman Raymond Siko II with drug offenses involving a Sept. 26 incident in the 500 block of North Third Street.

Searls is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Spice and two counts of driving under the influence of Spice, a synthetic cannabinoid.

Sampsell is charged with purchasing a gram of Spice from an unidentified female for $10 and giving it to Searls, who police said provided Sampsell with the money to purchase the drug. Sampsell also is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Spice.
